Successful homeownership is at the heart of thriving,vibrant communities. Families rely on long‐term homeownership as a key asset for building wealth, and communities of successful homeowners are safer, healthier and more civically engaged than majority‐renter communities. That’s why Lakes & Prairies Community Action has partnered with the Minnesota Home ownership Center to provide Homebuyer Education classes to make successful home-ownership possible for everyone in our community. Training is unbiased and provided by certified staff. $25 registration fee includes meals and a personal copy of the Home Stretch Workshop Manual.

**Attendance at both sessions is required for 2 part classes. All 2 part classes are scheduled from 4-8 p.m.**

When: Part 1 – Tue, Mar 5, 2019,  – Part 2 – Thu, Mar 7, 2019
