During our inspections, we prioritize identifying any visible mold and documenting those findings in our reports. This approach sets us apart from much of the industry, where home inspectors typically follow Standards of Practice that do not mandate formal mold identification.
After completing the inspection, we will take the time to review our findings with you in detail, guiding you through the report on a tablet.
