Successful home ownership is at the heart of thriving,vibrant communities. Families rely on long‐term home ownership as a key asset for building wealth, and communities of successful homeowners are safer, healthier and more civically engaged than majority‐renter communities. That’s why Lakes & Prairies Community Action has partnered with the Minnesota Home ownership Center to provide Home-buyer Education classes to make successful home-ownership possible for everyone in our community. Training is unbiased and provided by certified staff. $25 registration fee includes meals and a personal copy of the Home Stretch Workshop Manual.

**Attendance at both sessions is required for 2 part classes. All 2 part classes are scheduled from 4-8 p.m.**

When: Part 1 – Tue, Apr 9, 2019 &   Part 2 – Thu, Apr 11, 2019
