We had the opportunity to use Nordic Home Inspection twice this year. We had Lars perform mold and radon testing in a home that we were interested in and his thorough results led us to walk away from purchasing the home. Without those tests we would have moved into a home that could have been harmful to our health and safety. We soon found another home that our offer was accepted on and did not even hesitate to call Nordic Home Inspection. Once again, Lars was very complete and thorough with this inspection and we received a report shortly after. Thank you very much – and no offense, but we hopefully won’t have to see you for quite some time being that you found minimal issues with this home!
