Excellent! Lars is a passionate professional who cares about the people that will live in the homes he inspects. My wife and I are first time homebuyers and we wanted to get somebody that was going to do a thorough job and help us to understand our new house. This guy knows his stuff, and he will point out the good and the bad. Getting a two hour crash course on our new house as we tagged along behind Lars was extremely helpful too! Lars is a good teacher, and he not only shows you current issues, but tells you how to deal with issues as they arise in the future. There is something to be said about a home inspector that is still physically fit enough to get to those “hard to reach” spots – attic, crawl space, behind appliances, you name it.
