I was sold a home fraudulently by a real estate agent and seller that had chronic water problems over years that were not disclosed. I called Lars to inspect the home for concern of mold. I wish I would have had him do the original home inspection and he may have been able to discover true condition of the the “non-disclosure” of the agent and sellers.
