Nordic Home Inspection met all of our home inspection needs and beyond! We are first time home buyers and we were very nervous for this day to come! Lars was very friendly and was very patient with all the questions and concerns we had. He explained thoroughly about each of the tests he was performing and was very honest with his opinions of what we should be taking care of soon or down the road. We were very impressed with the report that we were also given a couple hours after the inspection. It was a very thorough report that included many details including colored pictures of our home. We would definitely recommend Nordic Home Inspection to anyone that is looking for a reliable, prompt and down-to-earth inspector.
